Here is the goal. This is like "American Idol" for us. With each new challenge, the competition will submit a video/voice track of themselves singing. You can upload to any hosting site.
This was going to be a poll, but their is no poll option. So instead, we need at least 3 people to be impartial judges and to issue out challenges to the contestants. I would volunteer, but then I would not be able to compete.
I am thinking that the judges should collaborate via PM about what challenges to issue, and who to vote out. They will then pick 3-4 who are at the bottom of the round. From there, they will post those three names. From then on ALL MEMBERS (including contestants) will have 24 hours to PM that judge (the one who posted) with the name of the contestant who they think ought to be sent home.
The most votes received for that person will go "home."
Video entries are perfected to be pictureless (filmed with a covered lens) for the sake of being anonymous and as not to give anyone an extra boost in the judges mind. Also for the sake of fairness, I think that no one should use background music (karaoke) unless specified by the challenge. However, if a contestant can play an instrument, they may include that talent (unless otherwise specified).
To sign up, you must enter a short video of yourself singing your username and whatever else without background music to prove it is your own voice. You can use any tune and you can say whatever as long as you mention who you are (username) and either the forum or the challenge. These entries will not be judged.

But she can judge if she wants. I don't know if we'll have enough singers to do a second round.
